Great Mexican food with amazing customer service. We’ve been here twice already. Delicious and authentic. Did I mention FRESH!?! Very prompt service and a delightful environment. The chips and salsa are great 👍🏼. Definitely will be back again.

Great Mexican food and excellent service. There is a large variety of items to choose from and they make a good margarita!

It's okay. About the same as other mexican places. I do have to say the salsa was not good, asked for the bean dip and that was better. The meal was good and had some leftovers. Service was good, but not to busy yet and was a Sunday. Have been before and will go again.

Great Mexican food that doesn't come out of a microwave is hard to find in GP! But the food here is delicious, you can smell it and see them cooking it as soon as you walk in the door! Huge portions, too! Also good drinks and friendly, fun staff. And the tile work is BEAUTIFUL! Even in the restrooms, lol

Fresh and delicious tasting food, authentically prepared. Friendly and efficient wait staff and management. Well decorated and comfortable atmosphere. We also purchase holiday gift certificates from El Charro Viejo for employees.

Nice variety of menu items. Lots to choose from. Flavors and spices were very good. I had a taco salad and husband had a huge shredded beef burrito that he was very happy with. Decor was charming and colorful. Server and service were spot on.

Best Mexican Food in town! Overall I've had very good experiences here. Food is good and all but one person was very attentive and helpful. Food was quite good and portions were sizeable, while still very reasonably priced, and clean. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you want a good meal at a reasonable price. We've eaten at most/all of the local places that serve Mexican food and this was definitely my favorite.

We were very pleased with our first time, good service, nicely flavored dishes and not to spicy. We'll be back. Nice, efficient servers.

Amazing Fish Tacos, chips & Salsa.

The location kept me from coming here for a long time. Across from 7-11 was a deal breaker for years, but I was talked Into going tonight and I'm glad I did. I ordered the Carne Asada nachos, and I was surprised! Crisp chips and perfectly browned cheese and the meat was to die for!The service was excellent, and the food came fast. This is my new favorite spot now that the Flores restaurant chain took a dive.Definitely worth a visit. We will be back

We went in at 6:30 was going to turn around and leave, because they close at 7. I hate it when they close and people are still coming in. They want to go home as well. But they said it's fine come on in. They were very nice and the food was great. Thank you for letting us eat there on Christmas Eve. I recommend this Place.

The service and food never disappoint. We've been there a couple dozen times. Try the tacos El pastor, delicious. My daughter loves their tamales and the prices are very reasonable.

Best Mexican food in the valley! The El pastor is authentic and by far the best I've ever tried. The tamales are homemade and the right meat /masa ratio. Really friendly staff, it's our favorite place to go.

These guys do a fantastic job. We went there for street tacos and they were delicious as well as very filling! We had excellent service there. This new location is very well decorated has plenty of parking and has a lot of room compared to the old location. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Amazing service! Great people and they made sure to send the kids food out as soon as possible and it wasn't too hot for them to eat. They made sure to keep up with what we needed along with pleasant conversation. Not to mention the price was as great as the food!

Service people are nice, but the chicken burrito was almost chicken less. Nothing but rice and refried beans inside.

Best Mexican restaurant in southern Oregon. I drive to GP from Medford just to get me this baby. Delicious and they ALWAYS taste the same, delicious.

A splash of good mexican food. They also run a food cart at the Saturday Market, the breakfast burrito is amazing.

The meal was top notch Mexican dinner. Went in solo so I only got one serving of salsa I may have noticed that I needed to pay for a second serving I placed my empty sauce dish at table side I prefer additional salsa for my meal. Otherwise I really enjoyed my choice of ente. Would have been a 5 star if I would have known that I should have ordered when placing my meal order

The service was good. The restuarant was clean. Chips were really good/fresh. The salsa was average. I got chicken fajitas and everything was undercooked. The chicken seemed steamed not grilled and the veggies were all raw with no seasoning. Everyone else I was with got great food. I'm going back to try something else next time.

Safe and sanitary with Grants Pass's best Mexican food by far. Recommend chili rellanos, shrimp tacos, and my new favorite, pork Verde enchiladas to die for!

Family owned, one specific person, an older man really made me feel like I was eating in Mexico. Would definitely revisit.

Just tried this restaurant for the first time ever and the shrimp tacos are outstanding. Flavors are awesome, tacos are huge (3rd one came on 2nd plate) service was wonderful. I'll definitely be back soon!!

Love it for Taco Tuesday. Tasty crunchy tacos for $1.75 each. The rest of the menu is pretty good too. 😋 Good service. Being conveniently close to home, it has become our favorite Mexican Restaurant in GP.
